We offer comprehensive machining capabilities including milling, turning, EDM (Sinker & Wire), and precision grinding. We rely on state-of-the-art CAD-CAM CNC conversion software to crosscheck geometries prior to machining. Having a broad array of manufacturing equipment in-house enables us to produce your part as efficiently and accurately as possible. For example, rough cutting complex parts using wire EDM from billet stock, ensures optimal material yield, and ideal fixturing for secondary machining. Using 5-axis trunnion mills we further reduce the number of part setups, thereby ensuring precision, reducing cost, and minimizing lead-time.
